"Did I do that?"

That phrase is of course spoken in a nasal tone...this year for Halloween Blake told me he wanted to be Steve Urkel. I talked him down from a specific character (and painting his skin brown) and convinced him to go the nerd route. The first time we put his full costume on I just about died laughing. He also had a little notepad that he had written a bunch of different things in like-"Did I do that?" and "I am a Nerd". We went to our ward trunk or treat and Blake won for funniest costume. He totally pulled the look off, so brace yourself and enjoy the pictures.
On a side note-how great is it that he actually knows who Steve Urkel is. For some reason my kiddos prefer the shows of my generation. Some of their favorites are Family Matters, Full House, Saved By the Bell, I Love Lucy and their latest find was the Golden Girls-for some reason Blake finds old ladies incredibly hilarious. Ahh, back to the good old days of TGIF! Anyway, here are the photos, I have some of Dallin and Kali coming they just need to be edited...

Awesome costume, Blake! I would have voted for you too, and I haven't even heard the Erkil voice or snort.
We LOVED Golden Girls as well. That was a favorite Saturday night show after we took showers. Good memories with those shows.
